SHIPPING POLICY

At The Cute Things, we strive to provide excellent service, including the secure shipment of your packages.

We provide shipping tracking numbers so that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING

We use affordable international shipping through Priority Mail International.

Orders may take 1–3 business days to process after they are received. Delivery may take 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Due to differences in international customs processes, The Cute Things cannot be held liable for packages shipped using this method after they have left our warehouse.

If you experience tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you do not receive your package, you may file a complaint with the carrier.

In some cases, we may use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery, depending on the total value of your order.
